1. Kindly email itc.uplb@up.edu.ph with Subject: Request for backup codes.
  2. Don’t forget to attach the following for identity verification purposes (a photo or a scanned copy will do):
  • UPLB ID and/or latest Form 5 (if a student)
  • UPLB ID and/or Contract/Appointment (if an employee/staff/personnel)

ITC will send you a guide on how to set up the two-step verification.

Before you can reset your password, make sure you have already set up your two-step verification (2SV) for UP Mail. If you haven’t done that yet, use the appropriate subject line “Request for password reset and backup codes”.

  1. Send an email to itc.uplb@up.edu.ph with Subject: Request for password reset/Request for password reset and backup codes.

Current UPLB students or employees are eligible for the NetID. If you are a student, go to the ITC office with your valid UPLB ID or validated Form 5; if you are an employee, present your valid UPLB ID or current employment contract. For more information, visit our UPLB NetID page.

Go to liham.uplb.edu.ph using your Internet browser. Enter your NetID and password on the spaces provided, and then click on the Login button.

Your UP Mail account is your email address (username@up.edu.ph) for access to UP system-wide information and communication, such as the University Information Systems (UIS) and the Student Admission Information System (SAIS). Your UPLB NetID is your UPLB Liham email address (username@uplb.edu.ph) and what you use to access the UPLB WiFi.
