The University of the Philippines’ Google-based mailing service

UP Mail is the Google-based mailing service of the University of the Philippines system

UP Mail accounts (@up.edu.ph) are issued by the UP Information Technology Development Center (ITDC) to currently enrolled students, employed faculty and staff, and offices of the university.

The UP Mail is used for the following services:

  • Google Mail
  • Student Academic Information System (SAIS)
  • University Information System (UIS)

It differs from the UPLB NetID (@uplb.edu.ph) in that it is not used to access the UPLB WiFi and Liham (email).

How to recover your UP Mail account password (self-service)

UP Mail accounts rendered inaccessible because of forgotten/lost passwords may be recovered through self-service. Visit this link at the UP-ITDC website and read and follow the instructions.
