To access DocuTrack, the following requirements must be met first:

1. You have been added as a user.

  • To become one, you have to be given permission by your unit to access the system. Most DocuTrack users are administrative personnel who handle and take charge of their offices’ documents. ITC requires a formal letter signed by the unit’s head for verification purposes.

2. You have a UPLB email address.

  • Docutrack uses LDAP authentication; non-UPLB usernames are not listed in our LDAP directory. UPLB email addresses can be availed for free. You can have one when you apply now.
